Our Client, a global energy and chemicals advisory firm are seeking a Principal Consultant to join their London team. This role will take ownership of the full commercial lifecycle, responsibility for driving high-value revenue across consulting engagements, as well as building/maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the energy, refining, and chemicals sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development activities across EMEA, driving new revenue opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers across target industries.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities while expanding existing client accounts.
- Develop and win consulting proposals for clients including petrochemical companies, financial institutions, private equity firms, and technology licensors.
- Oversee delivery of complex consulting engagements, including feasibility studies, commercial due diligence, market analysis, and technology assessments.
- Act as project executive, leading and mentoring consulting teams to deliver high-quality, timely, and profitable outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape regional and global growth strategy and expand market presence.
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience within the petrochemical sector or a leading strategy/management consulting firm.
- Demonstrated track record of generating consulting revenue and winning new business.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
