Leadenhall Search is currently partnering with a growing boutique strategy consultancy to support the hire of a Manager within their London office. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years, coming from MBBs, Big 4 strategy houses, Tier 1 or boutique FS consultancies. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading advisory firms, partnering closely with senior leadership teams on strategy, operations, transformation, and M&A engagements. The firm has built a strong reputation within the financial services and insurance sectors through its high-impact and commercially driven work.

This role does not provide visa sponsorship.

The Role: This opportunity offers the chance to lead high-impact consulting engagements end-to-end, work closely with senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams, take ownership of complex strategic and operational initiatives, and play a visible role in the continued growth of an entrepreneurial, high-performing consulting firm that promotes early responsibility and clear progression.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing project delivery across multiple engagements or workstreams
  • Structuring complex business problems into actionable solutions

  • 4–8 years of experience within strategy consulting
