Leadenhall Search & Selection are partnering with a boutique strategy consultancy based in London, known for delivering high impact strategic projects across the EMEA, North America, & APAC regions. They are seeking Managers with strong experience in commercial due diligence, growth strategy, or corporate strategy to lead client engagements and deliver insight-driven, actionable recommendations.
The Role
As a Manager, you will take ownership of workstreams, lead teams and deliver multiple strategic engagements for clients, including private equity firms and corporates. You’ll combine rigorous analysis with commercial judgment to support investment decisions and long-term growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver workstreams across commercial due diligence and growth strategy projects
- Conduct in-depth market research, analysing industry trends, competitive dynamics, and key value drivers
- Perform detailed financial and commercial analysis at both industry and company level
- Apply structured problem-solving to develop clear, actionable strategic recommendations
- Gather, validate, and synthesise complex datasets from multiple sources
- Conduct expert and stakeholder interviews to inform investment theses
- Produce clear, detailed, and impactful client deliverables and presentations
- Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and quality assurance
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, contributing to client relationship management
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in commercial due diligence, growth strategy, or corporate strategy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with high attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, projects and deliver under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with a strong interest in working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
