We are currently recruiting Associate Consultants to join our September 2026 graduate scheme! We are a boutique recruitment consultancy based in London, focusing on Consulting, Accounting & Finance, Data & Technology, and Legal recruitment. Currently 30 employees, we operate in the UK, US, Canada, and Europe. This is a great opportunity for graduates looking to build their recruitment career in London, with a company going through an exciting period of growth.

The Role

  • Identifying, attracting, and onboarding candidates and clients we are not currently engaged with.
  • Manage candidates through the recruitment process.
  • Work with your manager to manage candidates through the whole interview process and close deals.
  • Work with large scale global clients and generate client leads.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Results driven, with a natural drive, enthusiasm, and motivation.
