Leadenhall Law Group is continuing to grow its London conveyancing team and is looking for an experienced New Business Sales Executive to drive new instructions and build long‐term introducer relationships across the property sector. This is a key commercial role within the firm, working closely with our conveyancing team to support continued growth while maintaining high service standards.
The Role
- Generate new residential conveyancing work and develop referral partnerships across London and the South East.
- Generate new conveyancing instructions (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity).
- Convert inbound enquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Proactively build referral relationships with estate agents, mortgage brokers and property professionals.
- Clearly explain Leadenhall Law Group's conveyancing services and fee structures.
- Manage and develop a strong sales pipeline using CRM systems.
- Ensure a smooth handover to the conveyancing team and an excellent client journey.
- Represent the firm professionally at meetings and networking events.
About You
- Proven experience in sales, business development or account management.
- Background in conveyancing, legal services, property, estate agency or mortgages.
- Confident communicator with a consultative sales approach.
- Commercially driven and comfortable working to targets.
- Organised, proactive and relationship‐focused.
- Experience selling conveyancing services or an existing introducer network is highly desirable.
