The Role
We are looking for an ambitious Conveyancer / Fee Earner with at least 2 years of experience who is currently managing their own full residential conveyancing caseload to handle a diverse range of freehold and leasehold matters, including Building Safety Act 2022 cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Autonomously manage property transactions from initial instruction through to completion with dedicated 1:1 paralegal support.
- Guide and supervise your pod's paralegal to build a seamless working partnership.
- Foster strong ongoing connections with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders.
- Maintain consistent fee generation using modern, streamlined case management software.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years currently running and managing your own independent residential conveyancing caseload (CLC, CILEX, Solicitor, or experienced Fee Earner).
- Technical Expertise: Proven background in managing complex leasehold and freehold property transactions end-to-end.
- Drive & Mindset: A proactive, target-driven approach with strong commercial awareness.
- Communication: Clear, effective interpersonal skills and a collaborative team attitude.
