We are looking for an outgoing, motivated, and eager-to-learn Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our close-knit team. You will be the engine room of your 1:1 pod, running live files alongside your Solicitor from initial instruction through to post-completion, while also acting as a friendly, confident voice on our main office telephone line for incoming client calls.
We build and maintain close, harmonious working relationships with our agents—we view them as partners, support each other to get deals across the line, and even meet up with them regularly at social events.
Responsibilities include:
- Work side-by-side with your designated Solicitor to manage, progress, and execute a varied residential conveyancing caseload.
- Handle incoming mainline phone calls for the firm with an outgoing, professional, and helpful manner.
- Prepare contract packs for sales, request pre-assignment packs/mortgage redemption statements, order property and Land Registry searches, progress enquiries, and draft reports.
- Manage post, update case management/ledger systems, and maintain strict compliance and company policy standards.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year’s hands-on experience within a residential conveyancing department (pre-instruction to post-completion).
- Outgoing, highly motivated, adaptable, and genuinely hungry to learn and develop your legal skill set.
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional time management, and the ability to stay focused under pressure in a fast-moving office.
Clear Career Progression: Structured, visible pathways for career growth—we actively invest in pushing our paralegals forward to become the fee earners of tomorrow.
Hybrid Working Model: Modern, vibrant London office setting. Upon successful completion of your 6-month probation period, you can work 1 day per week from home (Monday–Thursday).
A supportive, highly social office atmosphere with regular team events, outings, and joint social gatherings with our network of estate agents.
Includes comprehensive mental health support, discounted gym memberships, and exclusive discounts across food, retail, and leisure.
