We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Campaign Delivery Manager to join our team on a maternity cover contract for 8 months. This is a critical role responsible for the commercial success of our clients' digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet revenue targets and deliver exceptional results. The position will overlap for 1-2 months with the current employee to ensure a smooth handover of responsibilities.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, expertly managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, while coordinating with various internal teams and acting as the primary point of contact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Leadership: Drive the successful execution of digital campaigns, providing support to team members and ensuring individual, team, and company targets are met.
  • Stakeholder Management: Confidently hold internal stakeholders (marketing, editorial, product, event operations, sales) accountable for delivery and quality. Foster strong relationships and lead regular briefings and updates.
  • Project Management: Create, track, and report on clear campaign plans using Asana. Proactively identify and resolve issues with quality and/or delivery. Continuously improve campaign processes.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring timely and customer-focused communication. Manage client expectations, provide regular reporting, and act as a trusted advisor to help clients maximize value.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance, making adjustments to ensure results are met.
  • Revenue Generation: Identify opportunities for cross-sells, upsells, campaign extensions, and renewals, collaborating with Account Managers to drive revenue.
  • Relationship Building & Accountability: Build strong internal relationships while being confident in holding team members to account to ensure campaign success. Confidently push back on clients when necessary to achieve results and maintain credibility.
  • Reporting: Prepare end-of-campaign reports in collaboration with Account Managers.

You are a results-oriented individual with a proven track record of managing complex digital campaigns in a high-pressure environment.

Experience & Skills

  • Experience managing project delivery in a client-facing role (e.g. an agency or marketing solutions provider)
  • Experience in a high intensity environment working on multiple projects with multiple clients at the same time
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience using project management software (e.g. Asana)
