Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant
As a Recruitment Consultant at Leadcare Nursing, you'll connect healthcare professionals with opportunities that align with their skills and goals. You'll work closely with candidates and clients to ensure a seamless recruitment process, playing a vital role in supporting our growth and reputation for excellence.
What You'll Be Doing
- Engage and Support Candidates: Guide new candidates through the registration process in collaboration with the compliance team. Ensure candidates understand compliance requirements and match them with suitable job opportunities.
- Build and Nurture Relationships: Develop strong connections with clients, candidates, and team members. Represent Leadcare Nursing at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
- Deliver Exceptional Results: Achieve individual and team recruitment targets. Manage daily office operations, including data entry and maintaining accurate records. Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities and market trends.
- Drive Success: Identify and gather information on new business opportunities. Promote a positive team culture while managing workload pressures effectively.
What Makes You the Perfect Fit?
Must-Haves:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or recruitment role within the last 3 years.
- GCSEs in English and Maths (Grades A-C) or equivalent.
- Be confident on the phone.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills.
- Full driving licence and access to a car.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to use your own initiative.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Third-level education (degree).
- Previous experience in healthcare recruitment.
- Familiarity with HSC Trust operations and AccessNI checks.
