What You'll Be Doing
Lead & Support:- Manage and mentor the admin and operational staff to ensure a well-functioning, positive office environment.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the operational team.
- Organise team meetings, prepare reports, and maintain clear communication.
- Liaise regularly with the Registered Manager and company directors to provide updates, share insights, and support strategic decision-making.
- Record and report any compliments, complaints, accidents, incidents, and untoward events to the Registered Manager, completing all necessary documentation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions where needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business performance.
- Build relationships with new and prospective clients to contribute to business growth.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal company policies.
- Conduct regular audits to identify opportunities for improvement, maximise growth, and drive sales.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including HR administration, payroll assistance, and invoicing.
- Ensure company records and systems are accurate, up-to-date, and fully compliant.
- Liaise with care staff and clients to coordinate services and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Participate in recruitment and compliance activities, and support the onboarding and induction of new staff.
- Be confident in delivering or supporting mandatory training for healthcare staff, including Basic Life Support and Manual Handling.
- Assist the Registered Manager and HR Manager with various HR and operational processes as required.
- Suggest and implement operational improvements to enhance team wellbeing and company efficiency.
- Support quality assurance activities and help prepare for audits and inspections.
