About the Role
As a Healthcare Assistant with Leadcare, you’ll be part of a supportive and experienced team, working with clients to ensure their well-being, dignity, and independence. You will assist with daily activities, provide essential care, and offer companionship to those in need.
Salary: £13.25 – £25.00 per hour – (£28,000 per year)
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Supporting mobility and physical activity
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Ensuring clients’ comfort, safety, and dignity at all times
- Following care plans and reporting observations to the care team

Requirements
- 6 months experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar role
- NISSC Registered
