Your Role as a Booking Coordinator
As a Booking Coordinator, you'll be the vital link between our healthcare staff and clients, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time. You'll manage shift bookings, maintain accurate schedules, and respond quickly to staffing needs with a calm, can-do attitude.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate Bookings: Schedule Nurses and Healthcare Assistants into available shifts across multiple clients. Liaise with care facilities to manage last-minute requests and staffing changes. Monitor shift fulfilment, cancellations, and urgent cover.
- Support Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for both clients and staff. Provide clear, timely updates to all stakeholders. Collaborate with the recruitment and compliance teams to ensure only compliant staff are placed.
- Keep Systems Running Smoothly: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bookings. Update internal databases and timesheets. Help generate reports and support payroll accuracy.
