Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, shop drawings, construction details, and as-built drawings using Auto CAD.
- Revise drawings based on architects', consultants', and project team's comments.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, M&E, and other disciplines to resolve design conflicts.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, authority requirements, and company standards.
- Assist in preparing submission drawings for consultants and relevant authorities.
- Maintain proper drawing registers and document control.
- Support project teams throughout the construction process by updating drawings as required.
- Attend coordination meetings when necessary.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Technical Manager.
Requirements
- Diploma or Higher NITEC in Architecture, Building, Drafting, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant drafting experience in the building construction industry.
- Proficient in Auto CAD.
- Knowledge of Revit/BIM will be an added advantage.
- Familiar with architectural detailing, construction methods, and Singapore building practices.
- Able to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
