RESPONSIBILITIES:
- ACCOUNTS ROLE:
- Handle partial to full-sets of accounts including data entry into accounting system.
- AP duties include verifying vendor invoices with supporting documents and issuing payments.
- AR duties include monitoring aging report, sending Statement of Accounts, following-up on outstanding debts and recording incoming payment.
- Opening accounts.
- Handle funding claims and audit support.
- Handle bank reconciliation and manage cash book.
- GST filings preparation.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and processes for accounting & finance functions.
- Liaising with Operations and external vendors on key accounting related matters.
- Cross-functional support on adhoc reports and/or accounting matters.
- Recruitment process, including job posting.
- Handle payroll, leave management, day to day operations.
- Handle enquiries relating to HR and ad hoc assignments as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional qualifications, Diploma and/or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- 3-5 Years of Experience.
- Possess a willing-to-learn and proactive attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with construction accounts management is a plus.
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice.
- 5 days work week.
