RESPONSIBILITIES:
- ACCOUNTS ROLE: Handle full sets of accounts including data entry into the accounting system. AP duties include verifying vendor invoices with supporting documents and issuing payments. AR duties include monitoring aging reports, sending Statement of Accounts, following up on outstanding debts, and recording incoming payments. Handle funding claims and audit support. Handle Accounts Opening. Handle bank reconciliation and manage cash book and GST filing preparation. Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and processes for accounting & finance functions. Liaising with Operations and external vendors on key accounting-related matters. Cross-functional support on ad hoc reports and/or accounting matters. Any other ad-hoc duties related to administrative work.
- HR ROLE: Recruitment process and job posting. Handle payroll, leave management, day to day operations. Handle HR enquiries relating to HR and ad hoc assignments as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional qualifications, Diploma and/or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting/finance, with construction accounts management being a plus.
- Possess a willing-to-learn and proactive attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- 5 days work week.
