Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Bid Writer. The Bid Writer will be responsible for researching, designing, writing, and submitting compelling bids in response to public and private sector tenders. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing tender requirements, tailoring responses to meet client and framework objectives, and ensuring compliance with submission guidelines. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and clients to gather pertinent information and craft competitive and persuasive proposals. We have many clients who require tenders to be submitted on a monthly basis.

Qualifications

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a meticulous eye for detail
  • Experience in proposal writing, content development, and tailoring responses to bid specifications
  • Exceptional research and analytical capabilities to understand and address tender requirements
  • Knowledge of Public Sector procurement processes and standards is highly desirable
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
  • Relevant experience in bid writing or contract acquisition roles; exposure to Public Sector bids is a MUST
  • Able to work under pressure and meet specific deadlines
