Role Description In this role youll provide strategic insights and motivation to clients helping them overcome obstacles and pursue their ambitions. As a Business Coach you will have complete autonomy in choosing your clients work location and schedule. Key Responsibilities Conduct remote coaching sessions with clients focusing on personalized goalsetting leadership and business strategy. Develop individualized action plans to guide clients in personal and professional growth. Participate in (3) weekly training and development calls. Implement online marketing strategies to engage potential clients (training provided). Foster supportive trustbased client relationships that empower confidence and resilience. Engage in continuous personal and professional growth. Skills & Experience 5 years of experience in business coaching consulting or leadership. Strong understanding of business strategy personal development and team dynamics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
