Field Sales Representative

We are seeking lead generators to promote our free to customer services.

Our services are funded by the ECO4 & GBIS scheme and at no cost to the customer. As a specialist installer of insulation and energy saving measures. You will be required to onboard new customers and promote awareness of Government Grants and schemes available to home owner, tenants that are in receipt of benefits and those that are not through selection targeting by pre collected data and walk lists

You will generate leads by canvassing areas in surrounding towns within Lancashire

Full training will be given and experience is not essential but advantageous.

• Sales: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)

You will receive a minimum wage as security along with an exciting, uncapped bonus. Bonus per onboarded customers range from £450-£1500 per customer. A typical lead generator usually converts 2-5 customers per week at entry level.

Company Car:

A driving license is essential and a company car will be provided after a successful probation period of 4 weeks.

Training:

Training will be provided and pre selected walk lists will be provided to give you a head start.

Bonuses:

A range of bonus incentives for hitting targets will be offered, ranging from short break holidays, company car upgrades, booster bonus scheme (increased commissions for consistent based performance)
