The Digital Analyst plays a critical role in enabling this ambition through data-led decision making. With a strong focus on Business Banking and a high-growth agenda, this role is responsible for knitting together data from multiple platforms and sources to create a clear end-to-end view of the customer journey - turning complex performance data into clear, actionable insight that drives commercial impact.
Working closely with marketing, product, UX, CRO and journey teams, you will provide analytical expertise to support strategic decisions around customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention. From optimising digital journeys and page designs to shaping campaign strategy, your insights will directly influence how they attract and serve business customers online.
