Fleet and Stores Coordinator required for our client, a well-known plumbing, heating, and electrical contractor that provides installations, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems within domestic and commercial sites, with work spanning across Wiltshire, Hampshire, and Somerset. They turnover over £10m a year and currently employ over 120 members of staff.

Fleet and Stores Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Conduct van audits and log any issues
  • Coordination of vehicle repairs, servicing, and MOTs
  • Sourcing replacement of vehicles / fleet
  • Maintain and update internal systems to include driving licence checks, addition of new starters, removal of leavers, updating to changes of driver records
  • Monitor and manage the parking systems, ensuring payments are made and parking fines are monitored and cleared
  • Administer and monitor fuel card usage and system
  • Ensure all vehicles are road tax compliant
  • Ensure all vehicle trackers are of working order
  • Handling damage claims, accident forms, and repair estimations
  • First point of contact for all deliveries and collections
  • Ensure stock is kept up to date and order stock as and when needed
Fleet and Stores Coordinator Requirements:
  • Previous experience in fleet and store management
  • IT Literature in Microsoft Office
  • Valid UK Driving Licence
  • Based within a commutable distance of Westbury
Fleet and Stores Coordinator Remuneration:
  • Salary £30,000 - £40,000
  • Working hours 6:30am - 3:30pm Mon - Fri
  • 25 Days holiday + BH
  • Pension
  • Long service awards
  • Cycle to work scheme
