Our Client is a Commercial Heating Contractor based in Sheffield. They specialise in industrial and commercial gas, mechanical, and electrical services, offering a full suite of plant room re-fit, service, and repair works. The Commercial Gas Engineer will travel throughout areas such as Sheffield, Derby, Nottingham, Doncaster, and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, repair, and maintain gas appliances and systems in commercial properties such as restaurants, hotels, schools, universities, aerospace sites, and manufacturing sites.
- Identify and diagnose problems with gas appliances and systems.
- Replace or repair gas appliances and systems as needed.
- Perform regular maintenance on gas appliances and systems to ensure they are operating safely and efficiently.
- Assist with installation projects.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in plumbing and heating.
- ACS Commercial Gas Tickets.
- Based within a commutable distance of Sheffield and surrounding areas.
- Full UK Driving License.
Remuneration:
- Salary £42,000 - £48,000.
- Overtime available.
- Travel pay after 30 minutes.
- Private healthcare covering family members.
- Call out 1 in 7 (£200 for standby).
