Our Client is a reputable electrical and mechanical contractor based in the Shaftsbury area. They are currently enjoying a successful period of expansion and are looking to add an additional Domestic Heating Engineer to the team.

Domestic Gas Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Attending sites mainly based throughout Dorset, Wiltshire, and Somerset
  • Work across private residential properties
  • Responsible for service, repair, and maintenance of domestic heating systems
  • Work as part of an on call rota attending breakdowns
  • Testing controls and safety devices to ensure they are working correctly
  • Work to company and gas safety regulations

Domestic Gas Engineer Requirements:

  • Ideally based within a commutable distance of Shaftesbury
  • Experience working as a Domestic Gas Engineer
  • ACS Domestic Gas Certification (CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CENWAT)
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Domestic Gas Engineer Remuneration:

  • Salary £40,000 - £46,000
  • Company Van including private usage
  • Overtime
  • Working hours Mon - Fri 8:00 - 17:00 (40 hours)
  • 25 days holiday + BH
  • Sick pay after probation
  • Training and development opportunities
