Lead Pronto is a fast-growing Award Winning Lead Generation Company based on the Wirral. Due to further growth, we have a new position available for a Paid Social Media & PPC Specialist, to aid the flow of marketing and lead generation activities.
This permanent position is well suited to an individual who is looking to advance their career in marketing and operations. The role will mean you gain access to a very strong bonus structure within the business along with a great path to learn lead generation.
We work in sectors such as Solar, Renewables, Home Improvements, Legal, Mortgages and over 14 different sectors. The role provides some great challenges working on non-brand campaigns and branded campaigns for clients including EDF Energy, OVO Energy, Anglian Group, National Accident Helpline and over 100 clients ranging from big to small.
You will work alongside our talented Production team and report into our Marketing Director. With a large production team, there is a big opportunity to learn full large-scale lead generation, working with our design and CRO team to ensure your ads have the best conversion rates. Pronto also has a bespoke internal built system called Prontify which will assist with prompts for when running campaigns.
Pronto is also an official partner with Meta and Google, so we often have access to the latest beta tests and some strong support. We do a yearly trip to the Google offices in London and are starting to win awards for our campaigns.
What we need you to have done in the past:
- Creating and managing the setup of lead generation campaigns using platforms such as Facebook, Instagram advertising and Google ad campaigns.
- Working with our Design and CRO team on finding creative solutions for great ads and hooks to get lower CPL's whilst checking Prontify to ensure campaigns are working for our clients.
- 1 - 3 years practical experience in paid digital marketing, social media marketing roles, preferable within a lead generation environment.
- Experience working with paid marketing platforms e.g. Meta, Native Platforms, Google Ads etc.
- Ability to create graphical ads and posts for social media is a bonus but not required; our design team will assist here.
- Experience with reporting and data analysis, working alongside our account management and data teams to improve client results.
- Experience in using CRM systems is a bonus (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce etc).
- Experience in competitor research is a bonus as this can often help with developing new creative ideas.
- Experience in CRO and briefing landing page changes is a bonus.
- An ambitious attitude to career development.
- A strong communicator with a strong understanding of lead generation.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and highly organised with a strategic and commercial focus.
What we need you to be able to do:
- Work closely with the Marketing Director, Paid Social Manager and our CMO in developing the businesses clients, to implement and deliver successful strategies across multiple channels and sectors.
- Work on both organic and paid social media, managing budgets, and improving the ROI from Social Media targeted sales.
- Create & manage Meta ad and Google ad campaigns, in line with target CPL's.
- Creating content and graphics for social media.
- Marketing campaign management to drive retargeting, engagement, conversion and cross/up-sell.
- Regularly reporting using analytics, in the form of action plans, status updates and monthly results/KPI's.
