We’re growing fast — and we need a talented IT Recruiter to help us hire top engineering and tech talent. Join Lead Forensics, a global B2B SaaS company with 370+ employees across the UK & US, and take ownership of technical recruitment across Software Engineering, Data, Infrastructure and Product.
THE ROLE
As our IT Recruiter, you'll run end‑to‑end hiring for technical roles, partnering directly with Engineering leaders. You’ll source high‑quality candidates, manage the full recruitment process, and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs
- Write SEO‑optimised job adverts and attract strong tech candidates
- Source talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, communities & Boolean search
- Screen candidates and manage interviews end‑to‑end
- Own candidate experience from application to offer
- Build and maintain pipelines for future tech hiring
- Ensure time to hire delivers against hiring plans
- Use ATS data (Team Tailor or similar) to optimise processes
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 2–4 years’ IT/technical recruitment experience (internal or agency)
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and tech platforms
- Confidently discussing tech stacks and engineering roles
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment data
- Ability to manage full candidate pipelines from internal and external sources
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment
WHAT WE OFFER
- £30–40k basic salary (DOE)
- Hybrid working – minimum 2 days a week in Portsmouth office
