About The Role
We’re looking for ambitious and driven graduates to join our high‑performing Sales Development team. As a Graduate SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calling and building the foundations of a successful sales career. This role is designed as a launchpad into a long‑term career in sales, with clear progression into Account Executive roles typically within 12–18 months. You’ll receive structured training, daily coaching, and ongoing development to help you build confidence and resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound B2B prospecting and cold outreach
- Research target accounts to personalise outreach and improve conversion rates
- Identify and engage key decision‑makers to qualify interest and uncover business needs
- Book qualified meetings and progress opportunities to senior sales, with exposure to the wider sales cycle to support ongoing development and progression
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and appointment targets
- Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handovers, strong alignment on opportunities, and shared success across the full sales process
