We are working with a well-established Multidisciplinary Consultancy who are recruiting for a Senior Landscape Architect in their Wiltshire studio. They are a team of Landscape Architects, Chartered Town Planners, Surveyors and Urban Designers. They deliver well-informed advice to their large portfolio of clients across the UK and internationally in the following sectors: Planning, Landscape and Urban Design, Estates and property, Project and Contract Management, Minerals & Waste.
The successful candidate will be a Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) and ideally have a minimum of 5 years experience in the industry.
IDEAL REQUIREMENTS
- A Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI)
- A post graduate degree in Landscape Architecture
- Minimum 5 years experience in the industry
- Ability to run projects individually and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise workload and focus on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Technically competent and able to work to deadlines
- Confident when presenting work to new and existing clients
- Good knowledge of the UK Planning process & Building Regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
- Excellent graphic, verbal and written communication skills
- A full UK driving licence
