Are you a Landscape Architect with around 2-3 years' experience looking to develop your career within a well-established consultancy working across a broad range of landscape projects? We're working with an established consultancy seeking a Landscape Architect to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to become involved in projects from the early design stages through to delivery, working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.
THE ROLE
As part of the landscape team, you'll contribute to a variety of projects, producing creative and technically robust landscape solutions while continuing to develop your professional skills.
ASSISTANT LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing landscape design drawings and presentation material
- Assisting with landscape masterplans, planting plans and detailed design packages
- Supporting the preparation of landscape assessments and planning documents
- Producing reports and technical documentation
- Attending site visits and client meetings
- Working closely with colleagues across a range of disciplines to deliver projects from concept through to completion
- Assisting with the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously
ASSISTANT LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY SKILLS
- 2-3 years' experience within a UK landscape architecture practice
- A degree in Landscape Architecture
- Good design and technical ability
- Experience producing landscape drawings and reports
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
- A good understanding of the UK planning process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
