Role – Senior Landscape Architect

Location – Bedfordshire

Salary -£DOE

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Landscape Architect with excellent creative and technical skills for a multidisciplinary studio in Bedfordshire. The role will include working on a wide range of project types at all stages of the design and implementation process including public realm, recreation, commercial, education, care, strategic and detailed residential schemes, renewable energy and green infrastructure projects.

Hybrid working is on offer with a minimum of three days in the office and the remainder working from home.

SENIOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT REQUIREMENTS

  • A degree/postgraduate degree in Landscape Architecture
  • A comprehensive understanding and experience of allproject stages and the design process
  • A good understanding of theplanning application process
  • Goodtechnical knowledge, including UK design standards and regs, and ability to produce high quality technical drawings and specifications, with experience in production of detailed design packages and the construction process
  • Goodgraphicskills, including hand sketching and ability to develop designs on paper, as wellas digitally
  • Astrong communicatorwith goodinterpersonal skillsto enable effective working with multidisciplinary external and in-house teams
  • Goodwritten skills, with experience of preparing technical reports and design statements
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency inAutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign and SketchUpand graphic skills to enable a high quality of presentation
  • Experience of thedelivery of high-quality projectson site
  • Right to work in the UK
