Role – Senior Landscape Architect Location – Gloucester Salary – £40 – 45K Our client, a respected design practice with three studios in the UK is looking for a Senior Landscape Architect to join its team in Gloucestershire. Known for delivering creative, sustainable, and community-focused projects, the practice brings together architects, designers, and landscape professionals in a highly collaborative environment. THE ROLE The Senior Landscape Architect will: * Lead projects from early concept design through to delivery * Work on a varied portfolio including public realm, residential, education, and commercial landscapes * Prepare detailed design packages and oversee technical delivery * Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate landscape seamlessly into wider design strategies * Contribute to client presentations, stakeholder engagement, and design workshops * Support and mentor junior team members QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY SKILLS The ideal candidate will be: * A Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) with strong post-chartership experience * A confident designer with excellent technical knowledge and drawing skills * Proficient in industry software such as Vectorworks, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar) * Experienced across multiple sectors and motivated by sustainable, place-led design * A strong communicator with proven experience leading client and team relationships ON OFFER * A supportive studio environment within its Gloucestershire office, with opportunities for hybrid working. * A varied and inspiring project portfolio, shaping places that enhance both people’s lives and the natural environment * Competitive salary and benefits package * A culture that values collaboration, professional growth, and design excellence * Discretionary bonus scheme THE NEXT STEP If you are interested in this role or any other similar opportunities, please click apply and upload your CV, or contact Adam Johnston on (phone number removed) to find out what else may be out there.
