Role – Senior Landscape Architect
Location – Birmingham
Salary – £40 – 45K
Our client is a consultancy of Landscape Architects and Designers who work in the areas of residential, educational, commercial, leisure, healthcare, retail and public sector development. Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit a Senior Landscape Architect to join their Birmingham studio.
Ideally, any Senior Landscape Architect that is considering applying will have aptitude for the technical aspects of landscape design, design detail and /or an understanding of green infrastructure. You will apply your experience to deliver high quality landscape and public realm projects and able to work on your own initiative from a project management perspective or likewise within the wider team.
SENIOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- A Degree/Post Grad Degree in Landscape Architecture
- Passion for design with the ability to work in a supportive, collaborative environment
- Experience of running/managing large scale landscape projects
- High level of technical skill and experience of successful project delivery
- Good freehand drawing skills
- Advanced computer skills, to include 3d software packages
- Excellent communication and client liaison skills
- Good report and specifications writing experience
- Ambition to help shape a growing studio
- Good knowledge in detailed design, planting and construction
- Able to develop and evolve innovative and practical ideas
