We are working with a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy based in Bristol that is looking to grow its Landscape Architecture team. Whether you are just starting out as a Graduate or stepping into a Senior role, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative studio that has been shaping sustainable, people-focused places for over 20 years.
The studio brings together Landscape Architects, Urban Designers, and Planners who work on a broad range of projects including public realm, urban regeneration, and landscape-led masterplanning, making a meaningful impact on the built and natural environment.
THE OPPORTUNITY
No matter what your experience level, what matters most is your passion for great design and your ambition to contribute to projects that enhance communities and promote sustainability. You will be supported and mentored as a junior or, if you are stepping into a more senior role, you will be trusted to lead projects and help shape the studio’s creative output.
THE ROLE
Depending on your level, responsibilities may include:
- Developing high-quality landscape designs from concept to delivery
- Contributing to or leading on public realm, regeneration, and masterplanning projects
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members (for senior roles)
- Working closely with clients, stakeholders, and multi-disciplinary teams
- Contributing to bids, proposals, and the studio’s growing design portfolio
QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY SKILLS
- A passion for thoughtful, sustainable design
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp
- Knowledge of UK planning policy and sustainability principles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- CMLI status is required for senior-level applicants
