- Excellent working knowledge of CAD and Adobe Creative Suite
- At least 3 years experience
- Experience in developing, drawing and communicating design ideas from early concepts through to technical stages
- Excellent design and technical skills
- Experience of participation in complex projects
- Ability to work under pressure
- Demonstrable project experience, from concept design sketches, landscape planning, technical details and built work
- Experience in preparing and submitting planning applications in the UK
- Excellent communication skills
- A full UK driving licence
