Role – Graduate Landscape Architect

Location – Oxfordshire

Salary – £30 - £32K

LEAD Careers have been appointed to source a Graduate Landscape Architect for a Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy to work in a flexi‑time role out of their Oxfordshire office. Candidates can work from home when required and can expect an element of remote working even once the office returns to full flow. The consultancy works on some of the UK’s most exciting development projects, ranging from residential and commercial schemes to nationally significant transport infrastructure, renewable energy development, new settlements and urban regeneration.

As a Landscape Architect you will have a special blend of skills combining landscape architecture with assessment and green infrastructure planning.

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT KEY SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • A Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Landscape Architecture
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in consultancy
  • Proven track record in Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments and their application
  • Experience in landscape character assessment and appraisal
  • Creative interest in green infrastructure and environmental design and management
  • Good written skills
  • CAD/GIS and graphic software ability desirable
  • An understanding of procedures and guidance relating to the preparation of visualisations desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact comfortably with people at all levels and within different disciplines
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the country to undertake site visits
