Role Landscape Architect Location Essex Salary - DOE LEAD Careers are working with a well-established Landscape Architecture studio that is looking to add another Landscape Architect with LVIA experience to its team. This is a great opportunity for a Landscape Architect who enjoys the landscape planning side of the profession. The practice has been around for more than 40 years and works across both landscape planning and design, with a varied portfolio of projects throughout the UK. The Role The successful Landscape Architect will be joining an experienced team and getting involved in a good mix of landscape planning work, including: * LVIA and LVA * Townscape and visual assessments * Landscape character assessment * Site surveys and fieldwork * Viewpoint selection and assessment * Landscape input into EIA projects * Landscape and visual mitigation strategies * Planning application support * Report writing * Working alongside clients and wider consultant teams About you * A Landscape Architecture degree * Some previous LVIA/LVA experience * A good understanding of landscape and visual assessment * An understanding of the UK planning system * Good report-writing skills * Experience with relevant software such as AutoCAD, GIS and Adobe Creative Suite * The confidence to carry out site work and contribute to projects indepen...
