LEAD Careers have been appointed to source an Associate Landscape Architect for a Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy to work in a flexi-time role out of their London office. Candidates can work from home when required and can expect an element of remote working even once the office returns to full flow.
The consultancy works on some of the UK’s most exciting development projects, ranging from residential and commercial schemes to nationally significant transport infrastructure and renewable energy development to new settlements and urban regeneration.
As an Associate Landscape Architect you will have a special blend of skills combining landscape architecture with assessment and green infrastructure planning.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- A Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Landscape Architecture
- Proven track record in Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments and their application
- Experience in landscape character assessment and appraisal
- Creative interest in green infrastructure and environmental design and management
- Good written skills
- CAD/GIS and graphic software ability desirable
- An understanding of procedures and guidance relating to the preparation of visualisations desirable
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact comfortably with people at all levels and within different disciplines
- Full UK driving licence and be willing to travel throughout the country to undertake site visits
