Landscape Architecture studio in Edinburgh is looking for a passionate and creative Assistant Landscape Architect to join their team. Our client is well known for designing ecologically driven and socially engaging landscapes, working on a diverse array of projects, including public spaces, parks, streetscapes, and sustainable urban developments. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work within a team committed to making meaningful, sustainable impacts on urban environments.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design process, from initial concept development to technical documentation.
  • Contribute to the production of drawings, graphics, and detailed plans using design software.
  • Work alongside senior landscape architects on project development, research, and site analysis to create innovative, client-focused solutions.
  • Participate in site visits, surveys, and project meetings to gain a comprehensive understanding of each project’s context and client requirements.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and visual materials for client meetings, public consultations, and community engagement events.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Landscape Architecture.
  • Some experience with Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design tools.
  • A positive, collaborative approach—you’ll be part of a tight-knit team where everyone’s input is valued.
