Role - Landscape Architect
Location – North Yorkshire
Salary - £DOE
Lead Careers are recruiting for a multi-disciplinary practice based in North Yorkshire who work on a strong pipeline of large scale residential and renewable energy developments, in addition to a varied workload with the eco-tourism, commercial and industrial sectors.
They are looking for a Landscape Architect with an understanding of LVIA´s. The successful applicantwill work as part of theirgrowing landscape team alongside in house Planning Consultants, Civil Engineers, and other environmental specialists on projects across the UK.
LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT IDEAL REQUIREMENTS
- A relevant degree / master’s degree in landscape architecture
- Experience delivering a wide range of projects in the UK
- Excellent skills in landscape design, landscape appraisals, landscape planning, LVIAs, feasibility studies, and mitigation strategies
- Excellent client liaison skills
- An excellent project manager
- Strong report writing skills and attention to detail
- Experience supporting/mentoring junior members of staff
- A full UK driving licence
