Driving growth across Northern Europe. Remote role however, requirements to live within the United Kingdom or Sweden. At Meribel Pharma Solutions, you will drive growth for our CDMO services across Northern Europe. This role focuses on acquiring new customers and managing current customer relationships with pharmaceutical and biotech companies for our contract manufacturing and development services.
The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the CDMO landscape in Europe, regulatory knowledge for EU markets, and a proven track record in both manufacturing and development services sales within the pharmaceutical sector.

- Comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical development lifecycle, spanning early development through clinical phases to commercial manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of formulation development and analytical services, with the ability to engage credibly with technical and scientific stakeholders.
- Proven experience with oral solid dose (OSD) formulations and small-molecule drug development.
- Experience in sterile manufacturing, including aseptic processing and lyophilization, is highly desirable.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically within CDMO or pharmaceutical manufacturing services. Particular expertise in development services, formulation development and analytical services is required.
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, with an understanding of the companies and investors in the designated region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages depending on region (e.g. German, French, Spanish) are necessary.
