WHAT?

This is a hands‑on, leadership position focused on both gaining new business in the pharma space, driving revenue growth, alongside leading a small business development team in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. This position will focus on driving growth in the pharmaceutical market.

YOU?

  • Proven sales experience selling complex, bespoke scientific services in the CRO/CDMO space.
  • Strong pharma industry market knowledge and experience in the CDMO/CRO space.
  • Proven leadership experience with a passion for driving and achieving results.
  • Skills: Service sales, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
