We are partnered with an innovation-led CDMO operating in the pharmaceutical space to find a Director of Business Development. Powered by their mission and culture, this organisation is dedicated to creating lasting impact for patients using world-leading facilities and expertise. As a Director of Business Development, with strong commercial acumen, you will be passionate about building long-term relationships and advancing science to benefit patients.
Key Responsibilities
In this individual contributor role, you will be expected to:
- Identify and develop opportunities with prospects and targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and current customers.
- Execute strategic sales plan to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain detailed reports and manage CRM tools
- Stay on top of market trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape.
You
To help propel this organisation forward, you will bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience in business development or sales, specifically within CDMO or pharmaceutical manufacturing services.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
