Our team of experts are working with customers across the US and Europe to make a positive impact on the careers of individuals, and the amazing businesses that occupy the sector. Having enjoyed a successful 2024 and with no plans to slow down, we’re aiming to grow and take our services to more people and businesses throughout 2025 and beyond.
As a result, we are looking to appoint a Customer Development Manager to join our team. Reporting to the CEO, you will spearhead business opportunities with new and existing customers, expanding our presence in the right way, within the pharma and biopharma outsourcing sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the pharma and biopharma outsourcing sector.
- Representing Lead Candidate at industry events, conferences and networking forums.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and senior executives across target markets.
- Tailor talent solutions to align with customer goals and objectives.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, offering consultative support on customer priorities.
- Serve as a market expert, staying updated on industry trends and market intelligence impacting pharma and biopharma outsourcing.
- Proven track record in business development and account management, from within our target markets of pharma and biopharma outsourcing.
- Deep understanding of the pharma and biopharma outsourcing industry, with a well-established network preferred.
- Successful history of building long-term partnerships with customers and industry stakeholders.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
