Location: UK/EU home base with travel in the UK and overseas

Sector: CDMO – Cell Therapy, Vector & RNA

We\’re excited to be partnered with a CDMO with a strong reputation as innovators in the cell therapy, viral vector manufacturing, and RNA space. They are now looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead their commercial strategy and forge strategic partnerships with biopharma innovators.

About the Role:

As CCO, you\’ll be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for:

• Defining and executing the global commercial strategy across all modalities (cell, viral, RNA)
• Taking on a customer facing role and building long-term relationships from preclinical through commercial stages with a strong focus on partnership and transparency.
• Leading Business Development, Marketing, and Strategic Partnerships
• Expanding their footprint in the UK, EU, US, and emerging markets

You:

• A Commercial leader with Advanced Therapy manufacturing experience.
• Deep technical understanding of the Cell and Gene Therapy, Viral Vectors, or RNA manufacturing landscape.
• A strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and engaging collaboratively with their clients.
• Ability to lead a high-performing commercial team.
