Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lead Generation role based in Doncaster. The Lead Generation Specialist will identify and qualify new leads for financial services, focusing on private medical insurance, life insurance, and various finance products. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, maintaining accurate records of prospects, and engaging with potential customers via phone, email, and digital channels. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team to hand off high-quality opportunities, following clear compliance guidelines, and meeting individual and team performance targets.
