Lea Wharf Medical in Hertford are looking for a Prescribing Pharmacist to support the work of our clinical team. We are developing a multidisciplinary team to provide appropriate care for our growing population. We are a Patient Facing Clinical Services and Care Team based in an innovative Primary Care Practice looking to enhance the skill mix of permanent personnel within our team. Our team consists of over 40 people and includes GPs, Nurses, Health Care Assistants and an Emergency Care Practitioner, along with a non-clinical team of receptionists and administrators.
Main duties of the job:
- This will be a fixed term contract for 12 months.
- To improve patients' health outcomes and the efficiency of the Primary Care Team.
- To provide direct, accessible and timely medicinal expertise.
- To pro-actively support the clinical team.
