Lea Vale Medical Group are looking for a Medical Receptionist with experience in customer service to join our Ampthill branch surgery. This is an exciting role as you would be joining an established non-clinical team that serves over 45,000 patients and is rated outstanding by the CQC. Our receptionists help patients to access the right services, assist with keeping health records accurate and up-to-date, and ensure that appointment bookings are well-managed. We are looking for someone who is confident and has an empathetic manner. We believe in delivering high quality patient care through teamwork. Our mission is: Working, learning, innovating and improving together to empower our patients to live the best lives they are able to.
The role is part time until 6:30pm Monday to Friday.
