Duties & Responsibilities:
- Pre and post-sales inspection of incoming and outgoing shipments with the store and delivery team.
- Troubleshoot, repair and rectification of appliances – in-house and on-site.
- Assist in customer support – enquiries, recommendations, walk-in.
- Update Service Report to Admin and customers on appliances under servicing or repairs status.
- Report on requisition of on-call services and work done to Admin.
- Work closely with the delivery team on collections and return of repaired sets.
- Identify, requisition, cannibalise, purchase spare parts and accessories.
- Requisition for top-up gas, welding sticks and any other items as needed.
- Housekeeping and maintenance.
- Own a motorbike for outdoor repair services use.
Basic Salary + Mileage Claims + Allowance for vehicle maintenance.
