Role: Field Marketing Manager / Senior Field Marketing Manager for Europe with a focus on the UK/I territory.
This role partners with local sales leadership and supporting teams to develop, deliver, and measure the go-to-market strategy.
Reporting to the Head of EMEA Marketing, you will define programs to drive pipeline and collaborate with sales to achieve targets.
Responsibilities
- Adopt the corporate strategy to support local pipeline generation for the UK sales team within large enterprise and named accounts.
- Fully understand the local sales go-to-market motion, interpret market dynamics, and develop a robust plan aligned to sales and marketing pipeline targets.
- Identify, develop, manage, and support the regional marketing calendar, including events, account-based marketing campaigns, upsell and cross-sell support, and partner marketing.
- Forge relationships to drive targeted field engagement and pipeline generation.
- Manage regional and campaign-specific marketing targets, track pipeline development, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Provide leadership and input on field requirements for integration into corporate marketing programs and campaigns.
- Ensure feedback from sales leadership informs corporate marketing to align regional investment with sales requirements.
- Raise active awareness of brand, messaging, positioning, and marketing programs across regional sales teams.
- Support the sales team with identifying marketing materials and collateral for presentations with named accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B software marketing.
- 3+ years of field marketing or demand generation with proven results.
- Excellent customer-facing skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
- Strong communication, organizational, and programmatic thinking abilities; capable of developing campaign recommendations and plans.
- Ability to analyze data and present results clearly to groups.
- Budget management experience and related processes.
- Creative and analytical thinking with a proactive approach and comfort handling evolving goals.
- Experience in cloud and/or communications industries is desirable but not required.
