LIVE·TEAM is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Event Executive to bring to life a wide range of experiential activations across the UK for one of the country’s biggest supermarket brands. The hybrid role requires two days per week in the Orpington office and one day at the Aldwych office.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of exciting brand experiences across the country.
  • Get involved in onsite activation and event management—being part of the action, not just the admin.
  • Contribute ideas and help turn creative concepts into practical, feasible experiences.
  • Work with creative & client collaboration: join brainstorms, present client responses, support artwork requests and approvals.
  • Maintain project documentation, schedules and reports within LIVE·TEAM’s management system (Quest).
  • Capture meeting notes and actions to keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Assist with budgeting, purchase orders, invoices and cost tracking and source suppliers.
  • Create risk assessments and method statements to support safe delivery.

Skills and Experience

  • 6+ months experience in events or brand activations (agency experience is a bonus but not essential).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver quality work at pace.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and presentation.
  • People skills: building positive relationships with clients, suppliers and teammates.
  • Highly organised, solution-focused and calm under pressure.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Full clean driving licence; willingness to work unsocial hours during events.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Personality traits: proactive, quick learner, positive, adaptable, detail-obsessed, team player.
