Neos Networks offers alternative working arrangements that give employees some flexibility, including office, home and hybrid working. Base location: Glasgow or Reading. 2/3 days per week in the office. Salary: to £35k dependent on experience + performance-related bonus + a comprehensive benefits package supporting your family, finances, and wellbeing. Working Pattern: 6 months Fixed Term Contract. Full time hours with the option of hybrid working.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of customer orders, with a primary focus on supporting SSE as Neos’ main customer.
- Proactively manage progress across multiple suppliers and act as the key point of contact for SSE, while also supporting other customers as required.
- Manage expectations, resolve supplier escalations, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Coordinate delivery across multiple internal teams and external network partners from order placement through to successful service delivery and handover.
- Forecast delivery volumes, manage aged work-in-progress, and safeguard commercial and quality standards.
- Contribute to right-first-time customer experience in a fast-paced telecoms delivery environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
- A-levels or vocational qualifications in Business Administration, IT, or Telecommunications desirable but not essential.
- Practical experience in order management and provisioning; experience placing and managing customer orders across multiple systems and supplier platforms is preferred but not essential.
