Work closely with product and sales teams to translate complex technical propositions into compelling customer-focused messaging.

Bring new campaign ideas and creative thinking to the team, identifying fresh opportunities to engage target audiences and differentiate the Neos brand.

  • Stakeholder collaboration Build strong relationships with sales, product and commercial teams to ensure marketing activity supports wider business objectives.

Attend planning sessions, sales meetings and business reviews to maintain alignment and identify new opportunities.

Collaborate with agencies, suppliers and partners to deliver high-quality marketing activity.

  • Events & market engagement Support the planning and execution of industry events, exhibitions, partner activities and customer engagement programmes.

Help maximise the value of event investment through pre-event promotion, onsite activation and post-event follow-up.
